Question Google chrome icon not showing

It looks like Chrome was uninstalled and/or that was a user-created shortcut who's linked program was deleted or moved.

If Chrome is working fine from a desktop shortcut or from the start menu you can delete the blank icon and drag the new Chrome icon down to the taskbar to replace it.
