I'm not sure what the problem is. I know for a fact that it isn't my internet connection, because I have Gigabit Fiber from google, and I hit 950mb/s upload and 950mb/s download. I'll hop on YouTube, and go through my sub box, and I have a weird habit of seeing a video I want to watch, and opening it in a new tab. The grey buffer bar loads all the way within a few seconds, therefore the whole video should be rendered and ready to watch. Only problem is, I'll watch it, and it stutters. I don't know what the issue is. It's bad when It's in 1080p, but if I switch it to 720p, it's a little bit better. I figured maybe it was my extensions. Well I only use 3 extensions in Chrome at all times. 1. Avast Online Security. 2. Avast Online Password Protector. 3. AdBlock Plus. So I disabled all, and tried again. Video still stutters. So I cleared Browser history/cache/data. Repeated, Video still stutters. I have no problem watching 4k videos on youtube, but some videos I can't even watch in 720p. Anybody know the issue?
