Google Chrome keeps failing to install

So, I turned on my computer today.
I have had windows 10 for a bit and Chrome has been working fine until today.
I tried opening it and I got the loading icon on my mouse but nothing opened.
I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling and now it keep failing to install.

Download revo uninstaller trial version and fully uninstall chrome. works perfectly for 30days.

restart computer then try installing chrome again.

I can't find google chrome in the list.
I already uninstalled it earlier.

Is a google folder still in the program files folder? If it is, go into it and right-click chrome. Choose revo uninstaller form the list.

Thanks for the help.
I just had to restart my pc and try to install again.
There was probably an instance of chrome still running from all my attempts opening it.
