Question Google chrome lagging and screen tearing

So my YouTube lags a bit and screen tears after using my browser for few hours. Reloading the tab or restarting the browser fixes the issue. By lagging i mean the entire browser kinda starts lagging. The video and the loading icon of google chrome lags too, i tired disabling hardware acceleration but it just made it worse so does anyone know why is this happening? My PC is good enough for google chrome to work. I also tried turning on vertical sync in nvidia control panel and it didn't work so please help me.

How old are the computer, and what brand/name (full hw list if possible).

Are there other programs affected? Any other issue of the computer? Does youtube work better in another web browser?

Every other programs work just fine without any issues
