Google Chrome Location Tracking

I am using myself a little VPN within chrome and I am having the issue of "Google going French" on me. Is there any way I can turn all of this off to stay American?

Did some searching, couldn't find anything.

Go to settings by hitting the three lines in the top right corner. Scroll down and hit show advanced settings. Continue to scroll down and find languages. Hit language and input settings and see what's up.
