google chrome not working

i am using window xp and my google chrome is not working show no browsing, history, setting and other tools. Several time i re install and then install google chrome but problem remain persist.
I have run c cleaner, remove files form history but issued not resolve ..

Please help me regarding that issue, how i can solve without installing new windows.

My guess is that your firewall is blocking the sign in process (alongside the whole browser). Check the access rights.

Go to Google Chrome properties and check for No hook at kompatibilty (run program in kompatibility mode).
