Question Google Chrome Password Manager Authenticator?

Hello! So i recently got on google password manager and i had a few thoughts.

Can I add a authenticator to access or show my passwords? All that is required at the moment is the password to my pc logging in. I feel like if my pc gets compromised then they can just use my pc password to reveal my password manager passwords.

Also in the case this does happen then couldnt they use my manager to access everything else?

Any advice or tips on further securing is appreciated.

I haven't personally used Google Password Manager. I've recently been using BitWarden (the free version).

As for using an authenticator, it's going to depend on if GPM (Google Password Manager) supports the use of an authenticator app or other MFA (multi-factor authentication) method.
