Hello, everyone!

I've recently built a new computer, here are the specs:
MB: MSI Z790 Tomahawk WiFi (latest BIOS via USB flashback)
CPU: Intel i5-14600KF + Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070
RAM: 32GB Kingston FURY DDR5 6000MHz CL30 (XMP)
Storage: WD 2TB SN850X M.2 + 2TB WD Black HDD
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX 750W Gold (used for 5 years)
OS: Windows 10

I had some issues with BSODs, 'thanks' to my Razer Basilisk V3 mouse and it's gimmicky software and .sys files.
One of the BSODs occured while using Chrome, and ever since then, I keep getting signed out of random websites (Yahoo mail, Facebook, Reddit...).
It's not an issue while I'm using it, just after relaunching it or restarting my PC. Sometimes it signs me out of all websites, sometimes just random ones.
It also seems like it's deleting my sessions, as Facebook sometimes 'forgets' my login via profile picture, and YouTube keeps reverting to default theme.
An interesting thing to point out - it saves zoom levels and volume levels on all websites, so I'm really confused.
I've tried deleting Chrome with Revo Uninstaller, reseting my profile, reseting Chrome, disabling and reinstalling extensions, deleting entire Sync, and turning it off completely - same results.

I've reinstalled Windows since then, got another BSOD before I solved the issues with Razer.
Chrome worked well for a day or two, and now the problem is back again.
Before this post, I used Revo Uninstaller, manually searched for any Chrome files and delete them ALL - files, folder, registry entries (with Registrar Registry Manager), deleting specific files with IOBit Unlocker, deleting it from Windows\Prefetch folder, flushed DNS and resetting winsock, plus reseting my filepage.sys file.
Restarted my PC a couple of times and installed Chrome again, hoping that it will work this time.

Couple of more details:
When Windows was freshly installed, before BSODs, Chrome failed downloading some files even though my connection was stable.
Facebook recognizes like 15 of my logins, as it seems it simply cannot remember my browser.
Firefox is working perfectly well and Messenger app asked me to sync my messages a couple of times (reinstalled it as well).
Chrome works perfectly well on my smartphone, everything is synced, no issues whatsoever.
Extensions: Google Docs Offline, Grammarly, Return YouTube Dislikes, uBlock Origins Lite, and YouTube Row Fixer (currently disabled).

Any ideas what this could be and how I can fix it?

EDIT: Deleted all extensions and restarted my PC just after writing this post. Launched Chrome - it even got me signed out of YouTube this time - first time that it happens, it usually just resets the theme from Dark to Default.

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any errors, warnings, or even informational events being captured or logged just before or at the time of the "signouts".

Likewise for the mentioned BSODs.

Also look into Task Manager > Startup and Task Scheduler for any unknown, unexpected apps being launched at startup or later triggered via Task Scheduler.

Make and model router (or modem/router if combined)? The router's logs if available and enabled may offer some clues. Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.

Reliability History shows the BSODs that happened on 1st of May, after which Chrome started behaving like this. Here is the link to all of the logs I put in a text document: https://we.tl/t-CgNDUJc8LJ

BSODs were caused by my Razer mouse, even though it says my GPU crashed. After I dealt with my mouse, I have had no more BSODs or crashes, just these issues with Chrome.
The last BSOD happened while I tried to make a Windows image backup to my external hard drive, when I saw my USB devices disconnecting, so a guy from this forum helped me narrow it down to the Razer mouse, that is, its software and files.

It's a freshly installed Windows, so there are no unknown, unexpected, or problematic apps in my startup, nor anywhere else.

Unfortunately, the logs on my router are disabled, I tried restarting it and flushing DNS, refreshing Windows certificates, starting/restarting certain services, all to no avail.

Here's something interesting from Chrome's log, does it help?

SOLVED BY REINSTALLING WINDOWS

Details - Chrome goes so deep in the system, as I've tried deleting every single file and entry with Revo Uninstaller, IOBitUnlocker, and Registrar Registry Manager. I've even changed and reset policies on my computer, handled administrator rights, dealt with certificates - nothing helped, I just ruined my installation of Windows, so I had to do a fresh one.
