I don't remember previous version of Google Chrome doing this. But Google Chrome begin to do this when I updated to the latest version, so how do i fix it?

Chrome Version: Version 62.0.3202.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Windows 10 Home x64 Version 1709 OS Build 16299.19

For instance, I go to to Youtube, play some random video, minimized, and then open Google Chrome back and what I see is just this message " An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: JY08pghPf6oT3LbW.)

Solution
Hi all.
I have a solution that worked for me.
Go to Chrome's settings -> Advanced
In the settings, under "System", you will see "Use hardware acceleration when available". Turn that off!
What it should say is "buggy crap that will annoy you"

Edge doesn't do this, so it have something wrong with Chrome latest version. NVIDIA Driver is latest which is V388.00.

I feel it is better if you read the explanation from microsoft itself. If i explain it there could be some misunderstood
