Question Google Chrome stops responding

I have i5 Samsung Laptop with 64 bit Windows 10 and 8GB RAM and 500 GB SSD. I have subscribed to Norton Anti Virus. Microsoft Edge browser works fine but whenever I use Google Chrome I have noticed that after few minutes I get a message that Google Chrome is "Not Responding". Kindly provide me a solution to this problem because I prefer to use Google Chome as a browser.

reset chrome? remove/disabled all chrome extension?
