Google Chrome vs ChromiumOS

What are the main differences performance-wise between ChromiumOs and ChromeOS .. Does one run better than the other?

Also.. would either os perform better than just running the chrome browser on windows 10?

You can see right here on the FAQ page that chrome and chromium are mostly the same. Chrome just has a few proprietary/non-free stuff included.

In the name of using correct terms:
ChromeOS / ChromiumOS are "OS"-es (Operating Systems", they do not run inside Windows but on their own.
Chrome / Chromium are browsers, and they run under Windows / Linux / Android etc
