Google Device Manager - No longer own device.

I'm about to pass a smartphone device of mine on to someone and of course factory reset it. Will this device still be linked to my google account? Will it still show in Google device manager? For some reason I don't have the option to remove this device in Google device manager.

I'd say no - it won't show. But you really should be asking Google.
