Question google does not start when i start chrome

i went to some questionable websites, one of them must have reset some thing in chrome; i uninstalled chrome , then re-installed, no luck; ran trend micro scan, it did not find any virus's; thanks windows 10

Did you run Malwarebytes? It should get rid of virus problems?
Have you reset the home page? What page does Chrome start in?
Has someone else used your PC?
