I have files (docs, pics) all over the "cloud". Many are duplicates. My Google Drive was full so I purchased additional storage so I'd like to move everything into that. I'm getting warnings that my Dropbox is full and won't sync. My Lenovo Yoga defaults to One Drive. How do I move so many files, how do I avoid duplicating files (or deleting existing duplicates?) Help!!! 🙂 Thanks!

You'll need a program to find and delete duplicate files. Here's an article to get you started: https://www.howtogeek.com/200962/how-to-find-and-remove-duplicate-files-on-windows/.

Since google drive, dropbox and onedrive are folders on your PC, I'd start with those. Then as you clean those out, you can move files into one account and run the delete duplicates program again.
