Google Earth catches jetliner in flight

Search for Winnipeg,MB. Zoom out about 11 clicks - you are looking for
the intersection of Morley Ave. & Hay St. Center it and zoom in, you
will see a four engine jet aircraft on final for Winnipeg
International runway 31. What are the odds? I suppose with all the
pictures they took it's bound to happen.

there are litterally hundreds of aircraft captured on google earth
there's even quite a few that are at high alt.

check the Keyhole community to find others people have found

You can also see a 2-engine jet on final to Gibraltar's 27.
Atlanta shows some after take-off.

Those are not real time photographs. They could have been taken up to 3
years ago. It shows my house before I had an addition added in the Spring of
2004. I checked their site afterwards and they stated the images were taken
from 1 to 3 years ago.

some guy posted alittle while ago about his home airport having a "in
formation" landing.... the clip has 4 planes landing on one runway less than
1/2 a mile apart. But then thats because its 4 pictures joined and the same
plane is in all the pictures.

in total there was about 7 pictures of plane in the sky at the airport, but
it was only 2 different planes 🙂
