google installer encountered error 0xc000001d

Running new install of XP Home SP3...get this msg when i attempt to install Google Chrome, thx Don

Per the Chrome System Requirements in https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95411, starting in Chrome 35, the Windows and Linux requirements are computers with Pentium 4 or similar or newer with SSE2 processors.

For AMD processors, this usually means something in the "64" series, eg. Athlon 64.

I don't think an Athlon 2400 supports SSE2 instructions, and unfortunately you won't be able to use current Chrome 35 on your computer if that is the case...(I AM RUNNING AN ATHLON 2400 PROCESSOR)!!!!!!!!!! <<<<<<<<< imp <<<
