Question google installer giving me bsod

ok guys , i didnt know where to post this but i need some urgent help. For some reason after that one time i system restore my pc to an earlier version, and had to reinstall chrome again i been getting this issue. Every time i install chrome, the installer would download then install, and up until the very last second everytime when chrome is about to open after install reaches 100%, my pc would crash with blue screen of death saying whea uncorrectable error. I have tried buying a brand new SSD from 960 evo to 970 pro when fresh windows install and still getting the same issue. Every other browser download works fine, and nothing else so far seems to cause the blue screen of death. i took it to two technicians and they couldnt figure out the issue either, please help!!!

1. Can you give me specs of the PC? a list of what is attached to PC might narrow down the cause

2. Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read

WHEA - Windows Hardware Error Architecture. It is an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it. It can be any hardware which makes it difficult. if when you replaced SSD you also reinstalled windows and still get same error doing same thing, its likely hardware. Dump files may tell us otherwise.
