Question Google Maps, Google Search and Microsoft think I'm in the wrong state (in Firefox) ?

All of a sudden, when I use Firefox to access Google Maps, Firefox/Maps thinks I'm in a different state than I'm in. The other day it thought I was in Virginia, and for the last several days it thinks I'm at some exact address in Minneapolis where I've never been (I'm in California).

I've had this laptop for years and access Google Maps on a regular basis through Firefox and have never experienced this before. It only happens in Firefox (not in Chrome or Edge). I'm running Windows 10.

Weirdly I had the same issue on Friday on my desktop PC at work.

When I go to Microsoft Find My Device, it also thinks I'm in Minneapolis.

For the last couple of days, to get it to recognize my actual location, I've been disabling location access and then re-enabling it in Firefox, and that was initially working, but it isn't working today (and it's a pain to keep having to do that every single time I need to use Google Maps). Clearing my cache & cookies also fixes it temporarily until I restart and then it's back to the problem.

I spent over an hour with a Microsoft Tech who looked at all the places that might have my location stored and they were all correct. He eventually gave up and said I should contact Google.

Things I've tried:
-confirming Default Location is correct in Windows settings
-turning Location For This Device off and on again
-configuring "Internet Time Settings"
-clearing cookies & cache
-clearing Location History in Windows Privacy settings
-clearing Location History in Microsoft account (cloud)
-updating drivers
-changing Geolocation Service from Manual to Automatic & back again

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks!
