That would be for Hangouts. I doubt NSA has requested this more than the cameras installed on every single phone available in the world right now.

Why can't google make a deal with amazon? Its about the best place to stream movies from and it doesn't work on chromecast.

We still have heard nothing of what Google has done or are working on since they bought up sageTV about 2 years ago. It still is one of the best server / client based pvr systems compared to xbmc for example.
