google pays me so and so (is it true)

i need a help here regarding this google adds. many times when i browse the net, i often come across some adds saying that google pays me certain amount an hour and a pic of a lady with a check. i was just wondering is it all true or just some scams coz when i open that add i see below for answers related to the same post it says "its true and i have started this a week ago or so and received a check" and so on. so any one who really tried this and DID WORK OUT FOR YOU please reply.

Of course it's a scam. Do you really think that if you could earn a living working from home doing essentially nothing, any of us would have actual jobs?
