Google search looks outdated.

A few weeks ago, I realized that whenever I type in the search bar, the text disappears and it takes me to the google search page (not the newest). The search works but the first few results are ads. The image section is in columns of 4. I tried reinstalling chrome but it didn't seem to help.

Except for the first one, your screen pics are Google Japan so may very well be a redirect as Colif says.

I have tried Google USA and Google Canada. Same results. I ran a malware scan and it didn't solve the issue.

I have found a strange setting in my proxy settings.

I have also found out that I can't change to LAN Options. I am the only user.
