i can chang my google search setings it show Your cookies seem to be disabled.
Setting preferences will not work until you enable cookies in your browser. but my cookis are eneble

Can't help you with the same problem in Opera as I don't use it anymore.

i have allredy done that,some time it corrected but when i restart pc it come back

How about uninstalling Chrome then, then re-install it. Beyond that I'm out of ideas.
