With a new feature, you can now trace those people who use your photo without permission. I just tried two of my photos and found dozens of sites that are using them. Here's how: Search your photo using google images. When you find it, select it then display more info. Under my info you can find the "pages that include matching images" and viola! Now you can catch those thieves.

I just recently started using Picasa and found this to be very convenient. Its no where near perfect, but it definitely cuts the time down when tagging photos.
