got 2 same ddr4 stick 2400mhz 4g but 1 is 6/4 bit and 8/4 bit

so I just bought a new ram stick which is Kingston ddr4 4gram 2400mhz 8/4 bit
and at start I didn't pay attention to the bit part . I just notice when I got both of them on my board it cant load both of them at the same time any fix on this? thanks in advance

No guarantees for compatibility if memory was not purchased in a single kit.

Workarounds for getting extra memory to work include:
1) Lower memory clock frequency
2) Relax DRAM timings
3) Increase DRAM voltage
