shame you didn't give me all 3 before

copied from elsewhere and slightly altered:

i should have been careful with ram statement
CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 should work fine
CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 might be fiddly as Asus didn't test it but Corsair have
that and using 2 sets in a system at once can be cause of bsod.

Just enough of a difference in timing to throw errors.

So try with just the B memory in and see if its any better

advice didn't change after adding new report:
Its not showing PC details meaning you need to update BIOS:

You are on BIOS 1007, current is 1402 - https://rog.asus.com/au/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z590-e-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_bios/
that can help
update intel management engine interface, its here under chipset - https://rog.asus.com/au/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z590-e-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_download/

try running this and see if it offers anything new, would beat manually checking & installing all the intel drivers - https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
