Upon windows 10 booting, it showed a black screen with a cursor. Luckily, I ran a new task explorer.exe and it showed the background, apps and taskbar normally. But I don't know what caused it.
I used both commands chkdsk and sfc /scannow as admin cmd and nothing unusual occurred there. Any idea what the symptoms are? Any help is appreciated.
