Got a Blue Screen issue that happenes everyone once in a while. Please Help

I have had a couple of blue screens that I just cant seem to figure out. Please help!

most bsod caused by old drivers, make sure you have the latest for your motherboard by visiting the web site of maker and looking in the drivers section. You can also run a program like Driver Booster that will ensure you have the latest drivers.
