Got a dxgkrnl.sys BSOD, now there's no signal to monitor or USB ports.

I got a blue screen of death with the dxgkrnl.sys file failing. It gave me a screen saying it was loading error info, but it stayed at 0% for around 10 minutes. So I restarted my computer manually and it booted up with the fans running and everything, but the keyboard, mouse, and monitor don't get any signal now.

I just got a new motherboard, memory, CPU, and SSD that I installed on August 10th, and then a new CPU air cooler on August 12th. This error happened yesterday, August 22nd, just in case any of that information helps determine the problem. I'll provide the exact specs for the components at the bottom. I've tried reseating the RAM and graphics card, resetting the CMOS battery, and checking all the connections over again.

My best guess is it's a problem with the graphics card. I was getting the same issue after I had installed the motherboard a few weeks ago. I ran the computer without the PSU plugged into the graphics card to test if everything else was working. The monitors, keyboard and mouse didn't get any signal, but when I plugged in the graphics card to the PSU, it all ran fine.

Just for clarification, even now, the headset I use will light up when the computer turns on and the USB hub will light up as well, so I believe the USB ports are getting power.

Sorry for the poor formatting, I only have my phone to type this from. If there is any help you can provide, I'll be grateful. Please let me know any other information I could provide to help you assist me. Thank you.

CPU: Intel i5-8600 3.1GHz 6-core

Mobo: MSI B360 ATX LGA1151

Here is a picture I took of the error screen before restarting the PC:

Solution
I got my PC working, at least for the time being. In case anyone reads this with a similar problem and is curious how I fixed it, I took out my graphics card and RAM again to test if the motherboard would beep because I wanted to see if my issue might have been with the motherboard, and then when I put the RAM and graphics card back in, it ran fine. Similar to a lot of suggestions you'll see about these kinds of issues, it seems reseating the RAM and graphics card can solve the issue. If you find yourself with a similar issue, try reseating the RAM or graphics card multiple times, and possible booting the computer with them removed, or just one or the other removed. That may be able to solve your problem. I hope that this helps anyone.
