Got a free ML120L RGB cooler, currently on a Cryorig H7...

Newegg is doing a promotion where they're giving away ML120L RGB coolers with their CoolerMaster cases. I'm just wondering if it's worth installing over my 3 year old Cryorig H7 air cooler or if I should just throw it up on ebay. I'm not exactly paranoid about leaks, but I don't see the point of adding that risk if there's no real gain in cooling performance.

The Cryorig H7 is about the same with the ML120L just piping it be a fraction.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother with any AIOs with a 120mm radiator. It pretty much puts a hard ceiling on the effectiveness of the cooler below what most decent air coolers will do.
