If it works, and it's an upgrade from what you're already using, then I'd say use it until you can get something better. Keep in mind, there are integrated and mobile graphics now, that perform at the same level or better than such an old card. I just watched a review of a Minisforum PC running RX 6650M graphics, and I guarantee that it is faster.
I have also seen reviews of RX 6600M chips mounted on PCIe cards, on AliExpress for less than $200. If your CPU has integrated graphics, you might want to benchmark it against the card you just got, and see which is faster.
I just did a little checking around, and yeah, the RX 6600M is going to be a LOT faster than a 550 Ti. It's not even a contest. A 6 gb 3050 is also going to be priced below $200, and can be considered.
