Got a motherboard from friend out of a working system and now problems

I got a msi h81m e33 motherboard from a friend but no driver cd My system won't boot from onboard graphics even after I removed gpu and change settings in bios to igd from peg and sometimes it would stop displaying from the monitor but I still hear the CPU fans

2| While breadboarded, does the system display anything? Can you stay within BIOS indefinitely?
3| Mind sharing the make and model of your PSU?
