Got a new case, now bios wont load

My pc's case was falling apart so i decided to get a new one.

I took all parts out of the old case and put them in the new one. The computer seems to power up fine: the fans on the case, the graphics card, and processor all start spinning, and the led's connected to the motherboard turn on.

However, as far as i can tell, the computer does not reach the bios screen. The monitor does not respond, the mouse and keyboard do not turn on, and i dont hear aby beeps from the motherboard.

Worth noting that he first time i started it up, it DID load windows, however i ha to shut it down as the graphics card was not sitting properly and was not displaying correctly. (The mouse and keyboard also were receiving power at this time.)

I have already reseated the ram & graphics card and motherboard, taking all the parts out abd putting them back in. The ram was also moved and reseated. I did not attempt to reseat the processor.

Also, the moterboard has been reset (took out the battery, waited ten minutes, and put it back in).

Processor is an amd phatom x2, mb is a gigabyte 990fxa ud3, card is an hd raidon 5850, ram says airjaws on it.

Ive mostly resigned to the fact that i broke something which needs replacing so im wondering what it could be.

Any ideas? It all worked earlier today before i put it in the new case. The pcu, motherboard, and gfx card are all plugged into the psu, but maybe im overlooking something

Try starting the board outside the case (if you haven't already). See if working.

Just tried that earlier this morning, no dice. I wonder if it might be the graphics card, but even if it were, i feel the mouse & keyboard should respond if its getting to bios.

Going to try a new psu now
