Question Got a new case, now my RAM and CPU usage is higher?

I recently upgraded to a new case, the NZXT H500 and also added in a new CPU cooler (CM Hyper 212 EVO). After putting it all together my RAM and CPU usage is abnormally higher than what it was before. Programs that took no RAM or CPU at all are now using 100MB+ of RAM. Any idea on what the issue could be? Thanks

Cpu bent pins is my guess. Did you take the CBU out of it and put it back in?

I kept the CPU on the motherboard the whole time. Only thing I did to the CPU was attach the cooler.
