Got a new computer a week ago and now it won’t turn on

So I’ve gotten a computer built for me by Mesh Computers, it’s been working fine and dandy until when I clicked the power button the computer wouldn’t turn on. The lights in the tower would flash for a blink of an eye then turn off. My dad says the CPU is dead but not sure if it’s actually dead or I can fix it. The mouse seems to be on but nothing else will turn on. I can turn the monitor on but it won’t have signal due to the tower being off. The tower is by Gamemax.
