Got a new GPU and my pc is still running slow?

GPU- GTX 1050 ti 4gb

Could it be my ram or that i dont have an ssd every game i go on takes forever to load and i get some sound and image stutter please help!!

4GB of RAM is very limiting. The OS will have to swap -- exchange data in memory with data on disk, constantly. You are also only using 1/2 the CPU to RAM bandwidth if you only have a single DIMM. Those things will all slow things down.

Agree 4gb RAM isn't really enough. Also can you check what Ghz your cpu is running at while gaming?

That RAM won't work with an FX8350. You need DDR3 RAM.

It is OK. You may or may not be able to mix that with the 4GB you have. Getting a matched set of two 4GB DIMMs will actually be faster.
