Question Got a new gpu, is it okay to set manual fan speed?

Hi guys,
As it is shown on the title, a month ago, I bought a new gpu an AMD RX580 gigabyte version 8gb, however when I play any game the temperature goes up to 75C, almost everytime, and when I took a look at the fan speed while it is on automatic, I found it working with only 30-35%, so I wanna ask you guys is it okay if I set a manual fan speed (not that crazy but more then the automatic one) is it okay or is it gonna harm my gpu?
p.s : I'm living in a hot country, not that hot but yeah. (25C to 30C)

YES, you can create a custom FAN profile. Use the MSI Afterburner tool. It won't harm your GPU.

Yes it is safe, and quite frankly better to set the fan higher manually. Cooler is always better.

I can control the gpu fan via wattman, i tried it for like 5minutes playing the witcher and the temp dropped from 75C to 60, with only increasing like 10% of the regular fan speed
