Question Got a New MOBO. Complete reset of windows or reinstall windows?

Hello,
I got a new motherboard and was wandering whether reinstalling windows is the only option or can I do a clean reset of windows through settings > update & security

is the new motherboard a different brand? a RMA replacement? same cpu?

it is always best with any major hardware change to completely re-install. a fresh installation will keep windows cleaner , no chances of conflict between drivers. no residual or leftover drivers from the previous install.
