Guys, I need advice.

I got a 500W PSU.

Those are pins I have:
1 x EPS 12V
1 x Floppy
3 x SATA
4 x 4-pin Molex
ATX 24pin

I dont have a 6 pin cable, and also no 8 pin cable.
I need 2x 6 pin cable for my GTX 460 SE, and 8 pin cable to connect it to motherboard (asus p5qc)

Is it possible if I buy 2 of those (I have only 1 hdd connected, so there are some spare satas):
http://www.amazon.com/Branded-8inch-15pin-Express-Power/dp/B005NJXY7O
then connect both into the GPU,
And 1 of this:

and connect it into motherboard?

Solution
What you have is a PSU shaped object. If you want to run a GTX 460 I highly suggest you invest in a proper PSU. Using adapters to power a GTX 460 with that PSU is likely to end badly.
Please provide the name, make and model of your PSU. Additionally, if you can, take a picture of the specifications label on the PSU and post it here.

My initial concern here is that a PSU like that maybe not rated to actually deliver the additional current on the 12V rail(s).

Hello... MB CPU connector/power and an adaptor for it would be just trouble down the road for you... your CPU will be the 2nd largest user of power in your Computer... A Low power SATA connector/ADAPTOR would not be SAFE.

Choice #2 is typically the Adaptor Part sent with GPU's for GPU power use... Molex 4-pin to PCIe power.
