Discussion Got a thread that appears unsolved even though it's mark solved and closed for further commenting?

That thread is solved (BA awarded) and closed. Please use report next time for such an occurrence, vice starting a thread. It will come to the attention of the moderation team faster that way.

What is report? where do I see or interact with report?

(BA awarded)? what's that?

Lastly, here on my screen the thread shows up as unsolved in RED not like the solved threads in GREEN, so that's why I'm asking it's only question thread that's like this of all the threads I've created so far, kinda hoped we could fix that.

BA=Best Answer. That essentially solves the thread. All threads with BAs don't get changed to show the SOLVED indicator. Red/green is largely irrelevant otherwise and not a fix.

I changed, but that isn't something we'll make a habit of. Not really a priority.

In each post, there is a Report selection. You can use that to bring our attention to a matter.

the report selection is the first one along bottom of every post - you won't have all those choices, they are just whats possible. Everyone sees report.
