got a VGA monitor

so i got a dual monitor setup one is conected via HDMI directly to my 970 and the other one is VGA and is conected to my MOBO i was wondering if should i buy a VGA to DVI adapter to connect it directly to mu 970 or should i keep it like that.
Ps. the VGA monitor is bigger and brigther than my hdmi
ps2. i just want the second monitor to browse and stuff not really gonna exstend to 2 monitor of different sizes

Usually the VGA connector on your motherboard will stop working once you install a graphics card.
Buy a DVI to VGA adapter or DVI to VGA cable to connect to your graphics card.
Note that while your graphics card likely has two DVI connectors, only one of these will work with the DVI to VGA adapter or cable because one connector is DVI-I (digital or analog) while the other is DVI-D (digital only).
