Got an i7 3770k for Christmas, should I upgrade, or sell?

My Father-In-Law shipped me a brand spanking new i7-3770k cpu but I just finished my builds for both my gaming rig and NAS. I'm debating if I should upgrade the CPU in one of these and sell what I had in there to get some cash, or just sell the 3770k. Here are my builds:

The gaming rig is just for that, gaming and not much anything else except the occasional web browsing.

Gaming Rig:
-i5 3570k @ 4.20Ghz
-Corsair H100 CPU cooler
-MSI Z77A-GD65 motherboard
-8GB G-Skill DDR3 @ 2000Mhz
-EVGA GeForce 660 Ti


The NAS is used for encoding and converting video and of course used for my network storage.

NAS
-i3 3220 @ 3.30Ghz
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU cooler
-MSI Z77A-G45 motherboard
-16GB Corsair DDR3 @ 1600Mhz

Encoding & converting video? Put it in the NAS, the HD 4000 graphics help cut down encode times.

an i5 is good enough in a gaming rig unless you REALLY need more power. the NAS would be the one you would upgrade.
