Got an old XPS with a burntout graphic card

I have a Dell XPS from around 2007 with a burntout graphic card
I wonder if a ATI Radeon HD 5770 would be alright?
The PC I think has 350-400W

Go with a 7750 or 7770, your PS sound be fine with either.
