Hello everyone.
Sorry if this is not a thread suited for here, didn't know where to post it.

So I looked for the problem online and Really couldn't find the right answer, but what I saw is that most of the problems are on this forum so I decided to share mine and ask for help.

As the thread name says, I got a lot of FPS drops. It started to happen before while I had Win 10 - 64bit. Then I decided to reinstall the Windows and try with 32 bit version of Windows 10. It was fine didn't get much FPS drops. 1 Month later - same problem. And what I'm playing is League of Legends and one browser game "Naruto Online".

I have downloaded the HWMonitor to see whats going on with the temperature. This is my first time using such a program so here are the readings when FPS drops happened.

This last one is when everything is going normal

Hope I explained everything good. If you need something more let me know I'll try to do my best.
Thanks.

Solution
Try to enter BIOS and reset BIOS settings to Default/Optimised one, maybe CPU core voltage is set to high or to low for rated speed and it is causing error.

Sorry, my bad. Here is the picture when FPS drop happened, took it just a minute ago in Task Manager.

Yeah CPU is working at 100%
So the solution would be to try and clean it, get the dust out from fan and put Thermal paste on it?
And yes its the original cooler.

Edit: Found my Thermal paste but air somehow managed to get into it, is it still ok to use it or?

If your CPU stays at full speed while running Prime95 or a similar stress test, then you can probably ignore the 117°C reading because it isn't throttling and the FPS drop comes from another component like the GPU. Is the maximum 117°C just after booting the system?

How long should I run Prime95? I have run it for a minute or so and CPU worked at 100% in task manager. Was also checking the heat it was around 58°C
So should I run it more?

Nah it cooled off it was less but I just turned off and turned back on computer. it was 108°C

A few minutes of Prime95 is enough; 100% in Task manager is good, but you also need to monitor the frequency (it shouldn't drop). If the frequency is stable, then that sensor isn't very accurate because there's no way the CPU can get that hot while booting the OS and not throttle while running P95.

Temperatures were fine.

Second time when texting - I was doing something else and left my computer to do the work so I can take screenshots after 5 mins or so. When I got back screen was black. I turned it off and on, and he was doing some scanning and repairing on Hard Drive.

Honestly I dont know whats wrong anymore.

Yeah I'm using that resolution should I change it?
And no GPU has 512MB not 1GB
Playing League of Legends and Naruto Online (Browser flash game) you can check it out and see for yourself it shouldnt be "hard to run" as far as I know..

As for the pictures I'll take it later busy atm.
