Do you guys think any of these parts will see price drops during Black Friday/Cyber Monday? Or should I go ahead and order it now?

Solution
I suspect the differences will be insignificant, perhaps more options geared to overclockers and tweakers. Check the type and number of ports, like eSATA, USB, etc and see if there are any differences that matter to you.

I don't think there can be any harm in waiting unless perhaps the big typhoon causes supply issues on certain components. I honestly have no idea if it will or not. Generally, though, prices trend downward over time, so there shouldn't be any harm in waiting.

Swap out the motherboard for a non-MSI model; the -G4x boards have weak VRMs that may pop under load. These are listed on a public Googledocs spreadsheet that I am not able to link from work; perhaps someone else who has it can link it?
Second, and FAR MORE SERIOUS, you have selected a PSU-shaped object that is unfit for purpose. Unlikely to be good for more than 300W (and even that may not be clean), it will croak within minutes (if not seconds) of first power-up, likely killing attached parts. I would recommend a Seasonic-built unit (their own, XFX, some Antec, some PC Power & Cooling) or a Rosewill Capstone. Five hundred fifty watts is sufficient.

Agree with rvilkman. XFX 550W will do a whole lot better than the PSU you've chosen. It's slightly more expensive, but considering it is one of the compontents that can fry your PC if you cheap out on, then it's best to put a little extra into the PSU.

Fixed it up a bit, according to all of you guys' recommendations. And after reading up a bit more on overclocking, I probably will do it at some point, so thanks for that. I'll pick up a cooler later when I decide to oc.

One last question, do you think there are any items that have no chance of going on sale that I can go ahead and purchase now? Just to lower the number of items I'll have to buy at the same time on Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Edit question: There's a Microcenter about an hour from where I live, do they usually have deals worth making a drive that long?

Thanks for all the help, I'm definitely going to wait for black friday/cyber monday or possibly even christmas sale time to see if prices drop and then pick the better deal. What with finals coming up soon, getting a brand new pc and games probably wouldn't be a good idea anyway haha.

I look forward to joining you guys in the land of pc gaming
