Question Got new monitor picture one netflix looks a bit off can someone help?

i got an AOC g2590fx and there is something up with the picture while watching netflix through the browser it doesnt do it on my old monitor or in the netflix app wondering how i can fix this cause i like to watch netflix through the browser.

How are you connected from your GPU to the monitor? Have you tried changing cables and inputs to the monitor?

im connected through DP because thats how ARR will work with my monitor. could it be the cable? i just got the cable from amazon its a ivanky cord. well maybe not cause i used this same cable with my old monitor and it didnt do it. my old monitor is a cheap arr monitor 75hz my new monitor is 144hz its odd it only does this on the netflix through the browser. i have no problems with movies on vlc or netflix through the app.
