Question got new motherboard but now no GPU

so i cant plug my hdmi cabel to my GPU but i can to my motherbaord and i cant se my GPU at Device manager only my motherboard, and i cant game on 30 fps from motherboard. and when i try to instal the driver to my GPU from geforce it says NVidia Installer cannot continue This graphics driver is not compatibble with this version of windows. This graphic driver could not find combatible graphic harware

I have one honestly advice. Carry your computer along to a pc repair shop and have them fix the problem for you.

When you changed motherboards did you do a clean Windows setup? If not, do that. You checked over all the connections correct? Power in the card if it needs it?

clean install, and power to the GPU im sure. and i can use my motherboard hdmi but just not my GPU
