Got new ram and monitor does not recognize it?

Solution
Possible solutions:
1. Sometimes BIOS can't just detect new ram. Try reset your BIOS via setup, remove the CMOS battery or reset it via jumper. After that try boot with only 1 stick ram, If it display anything on desktop, just shut it down and put the other stick.
2. Is the link you provided is really match to your ram? I don't know if it affected, but your new ram appear to be "Made Specifically for Cisco UCS B230 M1 Blade Server Memory". Also your old ram is ddr3l 1600 and your new ram is slower ddr3 1333. Maybe it's compatibility issue
