Question Got new ram ddr3 8gb x2 1333 mhz samsung doesnt work

Jut now got new ram ddr3 8gb x2 1333 mhz samsung, when i put in it doesnt work screen , doesnt turn on . i5 4690K MSI Z97 PC Mate(MS-7850)
now using 4gbx2
HyperX HX318C10FBK2/8 FURY Black, 8 GB, 1866 MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM (Kit of 2)
on spec shows
DDR3
Size 8192 MBytes
Channels # Dual
DRAM Frequency 933.2 MHz
CAS# Latency (CL) 10 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 11 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 10 clocks

even when i use together all rams tsticks same issue, could be rams sticks dead ?
