If the system crashes, meaning it dumps out of the game and back to windows desktop IShot.

And it only happens when trying to play a 3D or Fps game on your system.

You should first try the system with a different power supply unit, and if you can with a bit more wattage output for example 500W.

If the system still crashes or exits a game dropping back to windows desktop, then you have ruled out its a power problem.

Your next step is to take a look at the memory you have fitted to your system.
Turn the system off, and remove a memory stick, and write down all of the information on the sticker of it.
Then place it back in your system.

Power the system up, and enter the bios, and check that all of the settings for your memory such as the speed it is set to, or running at is correct in Mhz.

And that the timing values of the memory have also been selected correctly, and set up in the bios.
Check that the voltage of the memory modules is also set right.

And that if the memory states it is Xmp capable on the sticker, that Xmp memory mode is enabled in your bios for it.

You can try to lower the selected speed, or memory frequency of the memory in the bios.
Set it to a lower working speed In Mhz.

Then save the changes made in the bios before you exit it.

Test your system then by running a game to see if it still results in a game crashing with an error, or the system dumping back to windows desktop IShot.

The last thing you should pay attention to when playing a game is what temperatures both the cpu in the system is reaching but also the GTX Nvidia 650 card you are running.

Post back what the temps are of both when playing a game, IShot.

And try all of the suggestions made for you above to do with system and bios settings ok.
It may be the case it`s all you have to do to fix the crashing of games particularly lowering the speed of the memory in Mhz fitted to your system, and checking if XMP memory mode is enabled in the bios if your memory modules are rated as XMP.
