Recently I got two 144hz monitors and now my computer has been crashing (hanging and freezing) more frequently than in the past.
Here's my setup:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PVvj9N
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6 - core processor
ASUS TUF Gaming x570-PLUS (ATX AM4 Motherboard)
G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3500 CL16 Memory
Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" SSD
Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME SSD
MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB MECH OC Video Card
Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Acer XF270HU Cbmiiprx 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor
Acer XF270HU Cbmiiprx 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor

When I first built this PC I had some pretty annoying hanging and crashing issues until I turned off all the extra performance Radeon settings (Radeon Anti-Lag, Radeon Chill, Radeon Boost, Radeon Image Sharpening) and after turning them off I had no issues for a few months, that is until I got my two 144hz monitors. Maybe it's just a coincidence but when playing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Skyrim my computer has not crashed and the two games that the computer have hanged and crashed on were Modern Warfare (2019) and Minecraft. It has also hanged outside of gaming (using Google Chrome or in Ableton).

When I say hang I mean both screens go black and the audio stutters and freezes. The computer automatically reboots after.
Any help would be much appreciated.

A little update: I noticed while playing Modern Warfare that my GPU load is at 100%, even in the menus. (I'm guessing this happens in Minecraft too but I'll have to check it out.) And sometimes before the computer hangs and freezes it will hang for like a second as a warning that it's going to freeze soon.

If anyone out there can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
